Nikkah Service

Marriage in Islam

In Islam, one officially enters into marriage — a beautiful, lifelong commitment with the one they hold dearest — through Nikah. Nikah is considered a blessing bestowed upon us by Allah, which puts together two people who complete each other and their deen.

Nikah services are provided at Barkaat-ul-Quran. All Nikahs and marriages are officiated by Imam Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi sahab.

How It Works

  1. Bring all necessary documents as described in the policy section.
  2. Communicate with the person in charge via email or phone.
  3. Schedule a meeting with the family to go over the program flow and other requirements.
  4. The family will be informed whether or not the Nikah has been approved.
  5. Management will send a form to be filled out by the family members — please complete it as soon as possible.

Policy

  1. All rules must be followed — Refusal of any kind may lead to termination of the program.
  2. Only prepacked sweets — May be distributed to guests.
  3. Modest attire required — For all guests, participants & hired photographers. Transparent/see-through clothing and skirts are not permitted.
  4. No music / nasheed — Strictly prohibited on the premises.
  5. Separate seating — Men and women will have separate seating accommodations.
